The founder Medical Director Dr.Republica Sridhar has been developing and running the centre for past 15 years. The focus is for all Chronic Care and Palliative Care. She has done her MBBS from Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute. Her fellowship in Chest and Cardiology, Delhi University. Family Physician Programme from SRMC, PAIN AND PALLIATIVE CARE FROM AIMS KOCHI. She is the Medical Officer for the Recpo Bank,  in Medical Panel ONGC.

The Centre has developed Successfully with equipped Theatres, 15 Beds, Well trained Staff and round the Clock. Lab, Pharmacy etc,..
